We understand unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your training session. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our stretch clinic and to accommodate other clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following 24-hour cancellation policy:​
 
 
1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your training session.
2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
3. Please contact our clinic directly via phone or email to cancel or reschedule your session.
4. Clinic management may make exceptions to the cancellation policy at its discretion in the event of an emergency or sudden illness.
